Carnegie Fonder replaces representative on NCC's Nomination Committee

At the Annual General Meeting, Simon Blecher was elected to represent Carnegie Fonder on the next Nomination Committee. Carnegie Fonder has communicated that it wants to change its representative to Mattias Sjödin, Portfolio Manager at Carnegie Fonder.

NCC's Nomination Committee subsequently consists of the Chairman of the Nomination Committee Trond Stabekk (CFO OBOS), Mattias Sjödin (Portfolio Manager at Carnegie Fonder) and Anna Magnusson (Chief Active Ownership Officer at Första AP-fonden).

The composition of the Nomination Committee reflects NCC's ownership structure.

    NCC's Nomination Committee proposes the re-election of all Board members and the re-election of Alf Göransson as Chairman of the Board.

    Alf Göransson was elected Chairman in and has been a Board member since The other Board members who are proposed for re-election are Simon de Château (member since ), Mats Jönsson (member since ), Birgit Nørgaard (member since ), Cecilia Fasth (member since ), Daniel Kjørberg Siraj (member since ) and Ida Aall Gram (member since ).

    NCC's Nomination Committee consists of the Chairman of the Nomination Committee Trond Stabekk (CFO OBOS), Anna Magnusson (Chief Active Ownership Officer at Första AP-fonden) and Mattias Sjödin (Portfolio Manager at Carnegie Fonder).
