Replacement Keys - where from?

Quick one chaps.

Want to get another key cut for my SRAD. I have the key code number from the manual.
Can I go to any key cutters and give them the code or do I have to go direct via a Suzuki Dealer?

Ta.

Model Description
Simply one of Suzuki’s best and most popular bikes of the 21st century – so much so that, in revised, now Euro4-friendly form, it’s recently been reintroduced. Launched in it was originally a slightly softer, more novice-friendly little brother to the TLS whose styling cues it borrowed. Without that bike’s flaws and extreme focus, however, and with a gem of a V-twin engine, the little SV proved a huge success. Available in this naked ‘N’ struktur or half faired it was light, perky, flexible, engaging, versatile and affordable, enough for it to remain popular through two significant revamps to this day.

  • help, lost my only bike key!

I last used my sv for work friday, came in put the key down on the table. i noticed saturday it had moved, so probably one of my 2 kids picked it up,( 2 any 4 yr old) get to late monday night and thinking work tomorrow and cant fin my only key.

Ive hunted everywhere, but looks like its gone. I dont have a spare, or the tag with the key number on it, and my owners handbook hasnt had the details filled in.

Is there any way I can find the key numbers? i rung my local suzuki stealers, who said if I remove a lock they can get it sent off to match up a key, but ideally I need a quicker method, and something not too expensive as Im trying to get my car back on the road too.

Oh yeah, its an `01 curvy.
